Mark your calendars now! Howard University undergraduate and graduate degrees are expected to be conferred upon more than 3,000 students, setting another record year for graduation. Howard’s 14 schools and colleges will hold their ceremonies during the week leading up to Commencement.
“The Journey” reflects Dr. Wayne A. I. Frederick’s continued commitment to elevating Howard’s thought leadership and highlighting faculty, students and leaders advancing equity, excellence, innovation, truth and service. The first new episode, “The Transformative Power of Giving,” featuring Vice President and Interim Chief Development Officer Princess Gamble, premiered on WHUT-TV in December.
Howard earned a 78–69 MLK Classic victory over Morehouse, fueled by disciplined defense, balanced scoring, and strong late-game execution. The win honored the spirit of the day while underscoring the team’s resilience, teamwork, and continued momentum.
