Beyond the Yard: Giving

Legacy gifts have significant impact on Howard University students, faculty and staff. They secure the University’s future as well as support initiatives that are most important to our donors. Legacy gifts include and are not limited to scholarships, endowment and research. 

Join the Legacy Giving Society—an impact driven group of alumni and friends who share their intention to include Howard University in their estate plans. These individuals have chosen to include Howard as a beneficiary in their will, trust, retirement plan and life insurance policy. Upon verification, members are recognized and inducted into the Howard University Legacy Giving Society.
