Hall of Fame adds School of Law alumni

Four Howard University School of Law alumni — Robert L. Bell, Esq. (’77, J.D.), Margo Bouchet, Esq. (’69, B.A.; ’72, J.D.), Jenice Golson-Dunlap, Esq. (’73, B.A.; ’76, J.D.) and William C.E. Robinson, Esq. (’80, B.A.; ’83, J.D.) — were among the inductees into the National Bar Association’s 2025 Fred D. Gray Hall of Fame.

The honor is bestowed on lawyers who “have each practiced law for 40 years or more and exemplify a lifetime of excellence in advocacy, service, and the pursuit of justice,” the NBA states on its website.

Bell, Bouchet, Golson-Dunlap and Robinson were honored at the NBA’s 100th annual convention in Chicago in July. “As the NBA celebrates a century of impact, we are honored to recognize these legal trailblazers whose work has shaped the profession and strengthened our communities,” the organization stated.

Howard’s School of Law has produced numerous leaders in law, politics and government service. You can support it with a donation here.
